Me, Famous, Say Whaaat?

For the past week and a half, that's what people tell us when we show them the Manchester Monarchs' home page. Okay, I should of blogged about this when I first saw it, but I didn't think of it. Yup, my daddy and I are the models for the Manchester Monarchs' home page to help sell season tickets.

I got a text from my friend Liss last wednesday telling me to check out the home page because my picture was on the website. Of course, I was at the 3rd floor meeting at my school, so as soon as that let out, I ran into my room, typed in the web address and BOOM there I was!!!! I kid you not! Just go to the Monarchs websitehere and up with pop a picture of my daddy and I!!



Okay, so that's the picture. But trust me, that's currently the home page. And might be the home page for the entire summer! Oh, I just can't wait for the new season to start. See if anybody comes up to me or my dad and tell me that they saw us on the home page. I'm telling ya, we're famous now! Now, when will I start signing autographs??? =D

Why do people hate Whoa Oh! (Me vs. Everyone) remixed with Selena Gomez? The original by Forever the Sickest Kids never really caught my attention until they added Selena to it. I love the new version! People are so lame for booing the new one!

Idol's Outcome...

Lets just say that I'm not as pissed as everyone else is that Adam didn't win because frankly, Kris has always been my 2nd since I actually started following this season. (I didn't watch it as much as I did in past years, you can blame my hockey obsession on that.) Don't get me wrong, I wanted Adam to win but I'm happy with our new Idol. That's all I wanted to say.

Wondering...

So something has been on my mind for a couple of days now. And it has to do with everyone's criticism with Adam Lambert. For the last couple of months, I've been listening to everyone's bitching about how "Adam Lambert needs to stop screaming throughout every song he sings on American Idol."

Well I have an effing question for you AMERICA! WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU LOVE STEVEN TYLER OF AEROSMITH?!?! HUH? EXPLAIN THAT ONE TO ME!! LETS HEAR IT! I WANNA KNOW WHY! Now, don't start thinking that I don't like Stevn Tyler or Aerosmith when in reality I love him and his band but HE SCREAMS IN HIS SONGS TOO!

This is just how Adam chooses to perform his songs. AND it might not be his choice every time. It could be the producers of American Idol who want him to "scream" during his songs. And have you listened to anything else that Adam has done, that wasn't on American Idol? So might want to think about that.

had to revise this. (above i think was written like quarter of 5. its now 631. just got back from another fire alarm! woo! thank god my only final of the day is at 1pm. i'm thinking about getting breakfast and just stay the eff up. I mean 10-15 minutes of sleep is enough to stay up all day, right?

this is such a sad day! the boyband NLT broke up just a few days ago. =( i have been a fan for many years! and now they are no longer together. i am surely going to miss them. its such a bummer that i never got to see them in concert. nor did they get to ever release an album together. as travis stated on myspace, the guys were having too many complications to go any further with the group. but i wish the best of luck with their future projects. they are four very talented group of guys!
