I've lost a lot of respect for people. Really? You're gonna crack jokes about someone after the DIE! REALLY you're gonna be that IMMATURE?!?!?! WOW

That one about Michael Jackson, you know which joke I'm talking about, that's the most horrible thing I've ever heard in my life! And even my little sister told it to me. And she has no idea why I'm so upset about it. I know Michael was creepy during his life, but that gives you NO right to crack jokes about him AFTER he dies. Thanks to MTV & VH1, I've learned a lot about him and I have more respect for him as a music artist.

And now people are gonna say stuff about Billy Mays.

You all need to learn to grow up. I know you wouldn't want to be in their families' shoes right now.

Seriously, Best Day of My Life!

On June 23rd, 2009 I had the Hand Me Down Kids come to my hometown and they played a set in my Nana's backyard. This is their summer tour. Fans were able to book the band for an LRC (living room concert) in their hometown. They also brought their marketing manger & friend Amylynn.

My day began at 9am. I had set my alarm for 8am, but I could not wake up that early. So I got up & about 20 minutes later, my dad, sister & I went to my Nana's. My first task, raking the backyard. Oh how fun to rake all the mowed up wet grass. While I was doing so, I got a text from Amylynn. She was letting me know that they were gonna be 10 minutes late. Once I got that lovely task done, it was time to set up the new canopy. Just incased it rained since it has been raining for over 2 weeks. Around 1145, my mom brought Mickey Ds. Starving by this point. A little after 1, the first guest arrived, my 4-year old cousin.

Almost all the guests arrived before the band except for my friend Krissi. Oh yeah, that was fun when the band arrived. All the girls ran to the doorway & started their "ooo he's hot!" HAHAHA! =) Then they started performing, and everyone started whispering "he's (Lamoni) has a really good voice!" In the middle of the first song, Lamoni told us about his ice tea he brought with him. That was so funny, he really thought he could drink the whole gallon (I think) before he finishes all the songs. He did that the night before & he thought he was going to die. Butters found himself a new best friend, my Nana's dog Daisy. Well I should say girlfriend. After every song, we clapped, so they got the idea they should have someone with a sign that read "CLAP!" and "LAUGH!" Amylynn got the idea to write it for them on a piece of cardboard. Krissi told them "well you should back here then, this is where you're getting your ideas".

Then the guys took a little bit of a break & got food. Except Lamoni. Dude, do you eat? I would of thought you would have been hungry. Or were you too full of ice tea? This is when some went swimming. Yeah, I know, cold right? Everybody but Krissi thought it was but they still jumped in. Even my 4-year old cousin. I didn't tho. Then we gathered for cover songs. This was shorta hard. We knew other bands but to find ones the Hand Me Down Kids knew (well Lamoni knew because half of the band was MIA). Then it was picture time. Fletcher let me hold David the teddy bear in the picture. After, we bought tees & posters & got them autographed. I'm thinking I should frame mine. =) It was so sad saying goodbye. Everyone hugged, me, my friends, sister, sister's friends, mom, dad, my nana, they hugged everyone. They even tried taking Daisy, but my cousin wouldn't let them. Of course, the guys tried selling Paul. My sister jumped on that one. Why wouldn't we buy Paul, he's so badass! We all had sad faces. =(

So mine & my sister's friends left, well except for Krissi. We ate some more of the food my mom made. Then Krissi got to thinking. They said they were going to see Tranformers: Revenge of the Falling at the Hooksett Cinemagic/Imax theater, why not go stalk them and go see the movie. HAHAHA. So Krissi & I go take off for Dunkin's in my hometown because that was the closest place with WiFi. But when we looked for tickets, it was sold out. Well the Imax version was. But we didn't know that until we got to Krissi's house. We started thinking, why not see another movie. But no other movie was being played at midnight. Then I thought, wait there were two Transformers at that theater. So I went to check if there were tickets available to see it in regular. BINGO! JACKPOT! I found tickets! So we took off for Manchester, I changed my clothes & headed to Hooksett. We got our tickets & waited for the guys & Amylynn to show. 2 1/2 hours later, movie finished. All 8 of us were gonna go get a bite to eat at the Red Arrow Dinner since that was the only place opened at 3am but the guys were tired and just wanted to head off for their next destination. So hugs were exchanged again & Krissi & I headed out. All & all, it was one of the best fucking day of my life. Best concert of my life. Sorry Jonas Brothers. You never gave me two hugs in one day. You never came to my town and played a concert for us.

For writing Paper Airplanes. I know, I know, Ashley told me it was a sad song and about death but I don't think anyone could have written a more beautiful song about death. And that song means so much to me. I seriously wish I had this song to listen to all throughout 2008. I think it would of helped me deal with everyone dying a lot more easier last year if I had this song. I bet I would of cried one less tear. It sounds completely strange to love a song about death but I just absolutely love it! Everything about it. The music, the lyrics, the over all feel to the song. I think I cried too much last year because right now I can't cry while listening to this song but I want to. Because it's that beautiful. I can feel the tears in my body but they just won't come. Paper Airplanes is officially one of my top 3 songs. I think it's #2. Demi Lovato's Don't Forget is #1 and McFly's The Heart Never Lies is #3. And I've put my foot down, so that will never change. No song can replace those 3. I can't stop hitting the back button on my iTunes playlist. And when that song comes on my iTunes, I cannot do anything else except write this. I've loved many songs in my life, but never like this.

So Thank you Phil Bensen for writing this wonderful song!

Um, yeah, can July 1st get here any faster, PLEASE AND THANK YOU! Or at least June 25th! I WANT MY NEW ROOM! I WANT A DOUBLE! I mean seriously, how can a college dorm room, with paper-thin walls & 3 other people in the room be a wonderful place to have sex in? I didn't think I would ever say it, but I miss my old roommates! Well I like Jen (current roommate) but I'm done with the other 2 & the boyfriend that came with 1 of them.

I'm so proud of Franco Valdes and his Virginia Cavaliers! They're currently in the College World Series. They take on Arkansas tomorrow night. I hope you win it boys! Can't wait until you come back to the Swampbats Franco!

My last project for my Graphic Design class made me realize that I can be a Graphic Designer. I was thinking of changing to a photography major or arts major but I'm having fun as a Graphic Designer. I just don't think I'll work with websites. Dreamweaver is so hard to work with!

I really hope I can meet Joey Logano next Thursday!!!

3 Years of Being Apart

B.i.t.H! Well 4/5ths of them! Jonny, Dan, Me, Dave, my sister & Ryan! Aaron was MIA at the time.

I finally got to see Ball in the House again friday night at the Relay for Life 2009. Damn, I've missed my boys from Boston!! If you don't know who Ball in the House is, you totally should! They're an acapella group made up of Ryan Chapelle, Aaron Loveland, Jon J. Ryan, Dan Szymczak & Dave Guisti. They have four cds out. I own 2 and my dad owns 1. They are simply the best acapella group I've ever heard. They have such talent. I wish more people listened to them. During their concerts they also do some songs from before my time like Motown. One of the biggest re-makes is Superstition. Best version I've ever heard. They even give Stevie a run for his money.

And they're some of the nicest guys I've ever met. I've met them twice. Once 3 years ago and then friday night. And Aaron even remembered us! I really think you should listen to them! At least listen to Superstition!! Myspace Link! And they told us that they had 3 shows earlier that day but when they saw my sign, it totally made their day! =D


And take a listen to that and see if you can remember that commercial. I'm gonna actually try to find the vid for that commercial. And yes, they really were the voices for that song!

So I never really gave a crap about the HQ button on youtube until I decided to push it when I was watching the Rookie of the Year - What is Love music video. Lemme tell you something, I freaking love that button!!!! It gave me a whole new sexy Ryan Dunson instead of that grainy garbage. The only thing that is better than the HQ button is Ryan Dunson in person! And I have experienced it already, so I know this stuff! That HQ button is magic!!!

I got to see him April 25th with School Boy Humor, Rookie of the Year & Jet Lag Gemini. Lemme tell you. I only listened to him like once or twice before the concert and after his set, I feel in love with his music. He has such amazing talent. It's that kind of music you hear someone playing at a coffee house or outside a college. And I love that kind of music but I haven't heard many people who play like that.

Perez Hilton posted this picture a few hours ago on twitter. STOP WORRYING ABOUT MILEY AND START WORRYING ABOUT HER LITTLE SISTER!! I don't like saying this about children, but umm, she's starting to look a little whorish. I mean, thank God her little friend had that purse in front of her, both of their dresses are a LITTLE too short. You can't even call them dresses!!! Put some pants on these poor little girls!! All I've done to celebrate my nineteenth year of life was I went to see Phil Bensen, Jesse Ruben and Parachute at the Middle East Club yesterday (5/31/09). Phil was supposed to sing me Happy Birthday but he forgot. But I did get a hug from him and hugs fix everything! And when we were getting autographs, my daddy told everyone it was my birthday tomorrow, so I got birthday wishes from Jesse and Parachute. One thing sucked tho, I hated seeing Will from Parachute struggling during his performances because he lost his voice. But he was a trooper and sang as much as he could! And I totally shocked Johnny the drummer by telling him that Parachute was #16 on VH1's Top 20 countdown on Saturday! That's it debut! You gotta check out their music video! I love this song soooooo much!

And I love my friend Katie. She wished me happy birthday at exactly midnight on everything! Twitter, Facebook & Myspace! Just like I did for her birthday four days ago! Within the first hour (it hasnt been an hour) of turning 19, I was wished happy birthday 9 times (well from 9 different people). to me, thats love. People just amaze me sometimes. I love sharing this day with some awesome people!

This is gonna be one of the best birthdays ever! But I'm majorly bummed I can't spend it with my family. And it sucks not having my gram around. First birthday in 19 years she's not around. But she's in a better place now. Love you Grammie!
