Fire alarm update

I can say this with a smile on my face. All charges to the residents have been DROPPED!

This is the "Community Notice" that was posted on our doors.

"The fines from the fire alarms have been lifted and reallocated appropriately. Residence Life appreciates the cooperation received by residents in making a more positive and cohesive community."

I DON'T HAVE TO PAY $70+!!!!! I'm guessing someone ratted the idiot out. Of course, if I saw it happen, I would of gone straight to an RA. I don't care who you are, making me stand out in the freezing cold, I'm ratting your dumb ass out! :D
