Tell me how you really feel

That's what my mom tells me what I tell her something I disliked in an email. Well today it was the 51st Grammys. Could that show have been anymore horrible. Thats 3+ hours of my life I will never get back. No host, only 2 out of the many performances were good and nobody who can actually sing won. Those lonely two performances I liked were Jennifer Hudson's and the Jonas Brothers with Stevie Wonder. And that's not just because I love the Jonas Brothers, they actually performed well. Who ever put this little show together put all the wrong people together except for JB & Wonder. The one award I was looking forward to all night, went to the wrong person. I know, I know, Jonas Brother fan talking, but seriously...Adele? She had one hit, ONE! How many cds did she sell anyway? How many arenas did she sell out? Don't get me wrong, I do like her single Chasing Pavements... but the Jonas Brothers' deserved that Grammy more than she did. And who the heck is this Robert Plant and what's her face anyway??? Never even heard of them and they got all of these awards! Thats boloney! Please, please, please I'm begging you, never ever let M.I.A into an award show when she's pregnant!!! Well that's all I'm going to say.

I generally agree with you. In all honesty, I thought the award for best new artist would be between Duffy & JB. Adele? Blah. By the way Robert Plant was the lead of Led Zepplin :]
& yes, Jennifer Hudson was amazing! I actually forgot to mention her in my blog because I was so mad at the rest of the Grammy's haha

I agree, the whole thing was not up to par. I actually stopped watching after Paul McCartney performed (although I missed Allison Krauss). I really thought the jobros had a shot at winning! However, I was not crazy about their performance. I just feel like if there were ever going to bring it, it should be at the Grammys and it was a tad weak. I wanted them to show the Grammys why they deserved to win. Their performance of superstition was better when they first performed it at the free concert but Nick picked it up about half way through the song haha.

fyi, MIA was actually DUE to have her baby yesterday and was having contractions while performing! ew.

Oh I should of asked my dad who Robert Plant was. I would of stopped watching after JB's performance or the loss but my roommate was watching it also and she wanted to watch the whole thing.

I knew she was due yesterday, but why the outfit?

MIA is actually known for her fairly wacky style, so the outfit seemed appropriate to me :]
